Leon has a breadth of knowledge in all things high-end when it comes to seafood, a real passion for food and over the past 8 years has become a real scholar when it comes to caviar production. Prior to working in the seafood business he spent years in the field of international financial reporting working for the likes of The Washington Post and The Times of London.
Today he brings all that combined knowledge to Hadid Caviar to bring the very highest grades of caviar to a discerning global market.
