The right to cancel or returns do not apply to our products due to their perishable nature. ONYX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD will ensure that every order placed will be checked thoroughly before dispatch to ensure customer’s satisfaction. If, despite our care, you should have  any complaint about our products the requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.


ONYX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD offers to deliver throughout the United Kingdom within 1 working day from confirmation of the order. If the order is placed before 13.00 dispatch will be made on the same day. For EU, UAE and US orders ONYX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD offers to delivery with 48-72 hours from order confirmation.

The above periods are by way of indication only and the seller may not be held liable if these periods are exceeded nor shall such a situation give arise to cancellation of the sale or payment of compensation.

In specific cases same day delivery is an option and available in advance, on request.

Free shipping is included for all orders over £250.00/300.00€/$325.00

Our service is fulfilled when the goods are handed over for dispatch to the company responsible for the transport. After dispatch, the risk of damage or loss shall pass to the transport company. ONYX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD is in no way liable for any fault on the part of the transport company.

Due to the nature of the caviar being a perishable product, it will be delivered to you in isothermal packaging containing frozen cooling elements. That way we ensure the unbroken cold chain to the delivery address. To ensure the chain remains unbroken it is advised and very important that the goods are received personally. ONYX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD has not responsibility if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or if the delivery is being delayed or rearranged.

ONYX GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD cannot be held liable for any damage arising due to incorrect storage during and after delivery.
